Rather than stop his vehicle and hand over his license and registration, driver David Dennis Martinez, 21, of Vacaville opted to respond unusually. He hauled and left the Dixon PD officer standing there. But not for long.

The DPD officer gave chase and quickly apprehended Martinez nearby. Martinez was charged with DUI and Evading. He was then lodged in the Solano County Jail in Fairfield.
