Rohnert Park Carjacking Suspect Captured in Greenbrae

Some people celebrate their birthdays with cake and ice cream. According to police, Jeffrey Boyce celebrated his 30th birthday by performing a carjacking and kidnapping this afternoon in Rohnert Park.

The bizarre chain of events began 4:30 p.m., at the UPS Store located at Golf Course Drive. Police say Boyce approached a man as he exited the store and got into his vehicle, a 2000 BMW 538I, police said.
