SAN RAFAEL – The Special Operations Unit of the San Rafael Police Department went to Fourth Street and Tamalpais Avenue on the report of someone selling drugs from a vehicle on July 17th.
SFPD officers contacted two men as they sat in the reported vehicle. Then they searched the vehicle. A loaded Glock 17 was under the driver’s seat for starters.
They also discovered marijuana, cocaine, methadone pills and hash in the car.
39-year-old Sean Stell and 22-year-old Chaun White were “placed under arrest and later booked at the Marin County Jail.”
While Stell was booked for possession of marijuana for sales, White was booked for possession of a concealed firearm in a vehicle, possessing narcotics for sale, possession of a controlled substance and possession of marijuana for sales.
