“On January 10, 2023 at approximately 11 pm, Deputies from the Del Norte County Sheriff’s Office conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle traveling on Lake Earl dr. near South Bank rd.
Captain K9 Zuko was deployed and alerted for narcotics near the driver’s side door. A search of the vehicle was conducted; Deputies located 2 firearms and approximately 9 grams of methamphetamine.
Jose Cabera-Sanchez and Uriel Torres were arrested and taken into custody at the Del Norte County Jail. Both are facing charges related to weapons and drugs.
