YUBA, CA – Members of the Yuba County Sheriff’s Office Code Enforcement Team performed community patrols today focused on identifying and addressing local ordinance violations.
During the proactive enforcement operations, team members contacted a woman found to have an active arrest warrant issued by the Yuba City Police Department. In a separate incident during the same enforcement detail, officers contacted a person currently on probation. Responding personnel conducted a search of the individual before releasing them at the scene.
Sheriff’s office officials stated that the team will continue regular proactive checks to address ordinance compliance and general public safety matters across the county.
