Multiple subjects were detained in Yuba County resulting from two search warrants served by Yuba County Sheriff Deputies, Yuba Sutter Drug Task Force, Yuba County Marijuana Enforcement Team, and Yuba County Code Enforcement Officers.

The first search warrant was served on July 16th in the 13700 block of Licha Kane in Oregon House. A ¼ ounce of meth was found in the home and every room contained drug paraphernalia. Nine people were detained during the search and two were arrested.

56-year old Allen Fleckenstein of Dobbins was arrested for illegal possession of ammunition, possession of narcotics, maintaining a residence for drug sales, drug paraphernalia, and possession of methamphetamines.

33-year old Jeremiah Hopkins of Lodi as arrested for out of county warrants. Both men were booked in the Yuba County Jail.

A third person, 48-year old Kristine Cocco of Big Oak Valley was cited for possession of a controlled substance and released with a court appearance date.

The second search warrant was served on July 18th to a home on the 16000 block of Willow Glen Road in Brownsville. A prior flyover had captured illegal growth of marijuana. There were no arrests at the time of the search as four individuals fled the property and were not relocated.

Police did confiscate 341 marijuana plants which were being grown out of compliance of county ordinance or state law.
