Masseuse Arrested Following Sexual Assault Allegations at Napa Business
NAPA, CA — Officers with the Napa Police Department arrested a 50-year-old masseuse following allegations of sexual assault reported by two separate victims over the weekend.
On Saturday, Sept. 12, 2026, at approximately 9:26 p.m., police received a telephone report regarding a rape that occurred earlier in the day at Herbal Health Massage, located at 2221 Jefferson Street. The victim reported that during a session, a male masseuse sexually assaulted her. The victim pushed the suspect away, prompting him to flee the room, before she dressed and left the premises to file a police report.
The following day, Sept. 13, at approximately 3:15 p.m., officers were dispatched to the same business for a second report of a female victim being inappropriately touched by a male masseuse. Responding patrol officers and detectives with the Napa Police Department Investigations Unit located the suspect on scene, identifying him as 50-year-old Napa resident Liangfu Zheng. Both victims subsequently identified Zheng as the suspect.
Zheng was arrested and booked into the Napa County Department of Corrections on charges including rape where the victim was unconscious of the nature of the act (PC 261(a)(4)), sexual battery involving an unconscious person (PC 243.4(c)), and assault with intent to commit rape (PC 220(a)(1)).
