Visalia Police Department Seeks Public Assistance to Identify Suspects in Ulta Beauty Theft Investigations
VISALIA, CA – The Visalia Police Department is requesting the public’s help to identify three individuals involved in two separate high-value retail theft incidents at an Ulta Beauty store on North Dinuba Boulevard.
The first incident occurred last month when a man and a woman entered the business together. According to investigators, the male suspect acted as a lookout while the female suspect filled her bag and pockets with store merchandise. The stolen items were valued at $4,576.
The second incident took place last week at approximately 4:00 p.m. at the same store location. Authorities report that an unidentified male suspect entered the establishment and concealed more than $3,500 worth of women’s cosmetics in his clothing before exiting.
The department released photos of all three suspects as part of its ongoing investigation.
