Last week, Quincy CHP officers made an enforcement stop on a vehicle that failed to come to a complete stop at a stop sign. ✋🏼🛑

The 20 year old driver was unlicensed and found to be under the influence of alcohol. He was subsequently arrested for DUI.

California’s zero-tolerance law makes it illegal at just 0.01% BAC for drivers under the age of 21.

A DUI is preventable. Make the right choice before you get behind the wheel and never drive impaired. Our officers are committed to removing impaired drivers and keeping our roadways safe.
