Man Wanted on Felony Warrant Reportedly Arrested in Redwood Valley

REDWOOD VALLEY, CA — “On 08/06/26 at approximately 2:14 P.M., Mendocino County Sheriff’s Office Deputies responded to information that a subject with a felony arrest warrant out of Mendocino County, identified as Jamie Knight, was seen in the 7000 block of North State Street in Redwood Valley.

The warrant was issued on 7/2/26 by a Mendocino County Superior Court Judge for 4573(a) PC – Possession of a controlled substance in jail.

Upon arrival, Sheriff’s Deputies learned Knight had left the location. Based on information provided by the reporting party, Sheriff’s Deputies responded to the area of Coyote Valley Boulevard, where they located a white Ford Expedition associated with Knight. Deputies contacted Knight and placed him under arrest without incident.

A search of Knight was conducted following his arrest and he was found to be in possession of drug paraphernalia used to ingest methamphetamine. Knight was transported to the Mendicino County Jail for the warrant and 11364 HS – Possession of drug paraphernalia, where he is being held in lieu of $15,000 bail.
