DMACC Enforcement Seizes $259,000, Suspected Narcotics, and Body Armor in Enforcement Operation

evidence 2 - courtesy of san francisoc county sheriffs officeSAN FRANCISCO, CA — The Drug Market Agency Coordination Center (DMACC) Enforcement Team executed a search operation based on court-ordered search conditions following an ongoing investigation into a specific pattern of activity. The multi-agency task force, which includes the San Francisco Sheriff’s Office, is designed to target open-air drug markets within San Francisco.

During the execution of the search, deputies recovered approximately $259,000 in currency, which investigators suspect to be the proceeds of illegal gambling operations. In addition to the currency, the Enforcement Team seized a quantity of suspected narcotics and several prohibited items, including ammunition and body armor.

One individual was arrested on scene in connection with the seized items and ongoing investigation. Law enforcement officials indicated that the case remains active and the investigation is ongoing.
