Six Reportedly Arrested in Solano County Sex Offender Compliance Sweep
SOLANO COUNTY, CA — “On Wednesday, June 17, 2026, the Solano County Sheriff’s Office Investigations Bureau, along with CDCR Parole agents and Solano County Probation officers, conducted a targeted SAFE (Sex Offender Apprehension and Felony Enforcement) Sweep operation across Solano County. The operation focused on compliance checks of registered sex offenders currently on probation and parole.
During the operation, law enforcement contacted seven (7) individuals at their residences. Only one was found to be in full compliance with the terms of their supervision. The remaining six individuals were arrested for violations:
* 3 arrested for probation violations
* 1 arrested for a Post-Release Community Supervision (PRCS) violation
* 2 arrested for parole violations
Due to CA Penal Code 290 Post and No Post regulations, the Sheriff’s Office is not able to provide the identities of all the arrested subjects.
Two of the individuals arrested for probation violations were recently arrested by the Solano County Sheriff’s Investigations Bureau for possession of Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM). During the compliance check, these individuals were found to be engaging in similar offenses. Additional investigation is ongoing, and further charges are anticipated.
Safeguarding our communities, especially our children, remains a top priority, and these compliance operations send a clear message that registered sex offenders on supervision will be held accountable and monitored closely. We will continue to work diligently with our probation and parole partners to ensure compliance with court-ordered conditions.
The Solano County Sheriff’s Office Investigations Bureau, in partnership with probation and parole authorities, regularly conducts these compliance operations as part of the SAFE program to maintain public safety.
