Suspects Arrested for Possession of Methamphetamine Packaged for Sale
LIVERMORE, CA — Police recovered methamphetamine packaged for sale, and arrested two
Livermore residents in separate incidents.
Michael S. Wilson, 56, was arrested June 6, and Darren S. Agellon, 63, was taken into custody on June 8.
Wilson was arrested shortly before midnight at hotel parking lot on Southfront Road. Officers
responded to the parking lot, after a man was recorded on security video concealing illicit
substances inside trash bin liners.
Police searched the bin and found more than 2 ounces of methamphetamine. Inside a
backpack belonging to Wilson, police found dimethyltryptamine, alongside syringes pre-
loaded with liquefied methamphetamine. He was also carrying a large quantity of cash.
Wilson was arrested for multiple felonies, including possession of a controlled substance for
sale, narcotics possession, and unlawful drug paraphernalia. He was previously arrested for
drug possession in late 2025, when police seized methamphetamine and psilocybin
mushrooms.
Patrol officers contacted Agellon at 1 a.m. for a probation search on Positas Road. Agellon
was found in possession of more than one ounce of methamphetamine. It was packaged in a
manner consistent with illicit drug sales, and police also found drug paraphernalia.
Agellon was booked for possession of a controlled substance for sale, possession of unlawful
paraphernalia, and violation of probation. He has a prior conviction in Alameda County in
2019 for possession of a controlled substance.
Agellon has been arrested 20 times since 2014, mostly for drug-related offenses and grand
theft.
