Napa Resident Arrested for DUI After Incidents at Chevron and In-N-Out Drive Through

NAPA, CA — May 10th 2026
“At 2PM today, a concerned citizen called about a driver stumbling around outside his vehicle at the Chevron near Soscol/Imola appearing heavily intoxicated.
Shortly after leaving the Chevron, the same driver was spotted in the In-N-Out drive-thru… because nothing says “good decision making” quite like chasing a burger with a .31% BAC.
Officers quickly contacted the Napa resident and confirmed he was driving at nearly 4x the legal limit. Instead of getting his order to-go, he got an express ride to jail instead.
