“On January 19, 2023, at about 8:30 AM, American Canyon Police Officers saw an occupied white Ford Taurus in the 800 block of Reliant Way with an Arizona license plate. Officers requested the car’s license plate information, and details indicated the license plate belonged to a Dodge Ram truck. Officers made a traffic stop on the vehicle and detained the driver for suspicion of driving a stolen car. After running the Taurus’ vehicle identification number, details showed it was a government-owned vehicle that was reported stolen out of Navajo County, Arizona, last week.

The driver was arrested and booked into the Napa County Jail. Once at the jail, the female driver was fingerprinted. It was learned that she provided a false name to officers during her initial contact and had used approximately 50 alias names and multiple social security numbers in the past. The driver was ultimately identified from her fingerprints as 68-year-old Angela Juda from Daytona Beach, Florida. She was booked for possession of a stolen vehicle, receiving stolen property, and providing false identification to police officers.”
