Oceano Resident Arrested Following CSAM Search Warrant
SAN LUIS OBISPO, CA — April 29th 2026 —
“The Sheriff’s Office has issued a press release regarding the possession and distribution of child sexual abuse material (CSAM).
On 4-29-2026, the Sheriff’s Office Detective Division served a search warrant at a home in the 2200 block of Beach Street, in Oceano. This search warrant was related to an ongoing investigation for possession and distribution of suspected Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM).
The suspect in this investigation has been identified as 25-year-old Joshua Castilleja of Oceano. Castilleja was arrested for charges related to the possession and distribution of Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM).
