MINT Team Strikes: Proactive Enforcement Sweeps Coulterville and Greeley Hill
MARIPOSA, CA – “The Mariposa County Sheriff’s Office has recently launched our MINT Team, the Mariposa Interdiction and Narcotics Team, in response to a noticeable rise in crime and citizen concerns.
This weekend, the MINT team members conducted proactive enforcement operations in the Coulterville and Greeley Hill areas focused on disrupting criminal activity. Through traffic and pedestrian stops targeting narcotics offenses, DUI, burglary, stolen property, and outstanding warrants, deputies made dozens of contacts, made two arrests and seized nearly 30 grams of methamphetamine.
These efforts send a clear message: we will remain proactive, stay on the offensive, and not allow criminal activity to dictate the safety of our communities.
