Vallejo Man Arrested for Allegedly Threatening Woman at Gunpoint
VALLEJO, CA — “On March 28, 2026, at approximately 1:11 a.m., officers assigned to the Vallejo Police Department responded to a residence on the 2100 block of Sacramento Street for a report of a disturbance involving a firearm. The victim called 911 and reported that a known suspect was inside her residence with a firearm and had threatened her life with the firearm. She then provided officers with the area where he was last seen walking on Sacramento Street.
When officers arrived, multiple people in the area reported hearing a gunshot. Officers then observed a male matching the victim’s description exiting a vehicle on Sacramento Street and detained him without incident.
While the officers were conducting their investigation, one of the officers observed a loaded firearm in plain view between the front passenger seat and the center console.
The suspect admitted to officers after he was Mirandized that the firearm belonged to him and that he discharged it by accident.
A records check was completed for the suspect, who resided in Antioch, CA, and revealed that he had an outstanding $25,000 warrant for his arrest for larceny in Dixon, CA.
The suspect was arrested and transported to the Solano County Jail for multiple felony charges, in addition to his outstanding warrant.
The Vallejo Police Department is thankful that nobody was injured during this incident, and a weapon with the potential to be deadly was taken off our streets.”
