Healdsburg Police Allegedly Catch Man Driving Stolen Vehicle
HEALDSBURG, CA — “On December 15, 2025, at approximately 10:28 p.m., Healdsburg Police Department officers were conducting patrolling in the area of Healdsburg Avenue near Dry Creek Road when they located an unoccupied vehicle at a local gas station. An officer recognized the vehicle as one that had recently been reported stolen out of San Rafael. Officers conducted a records check and confirmed it was in fact stolen out of San Rafael.
Officers observed a male subject walking away from the vehicle and contacted nearby witnesses. Through their statements, officers determined the individual had driven the vehicle to the gas station shortly before officers arrived. The subject was detained for further investigation and found to be in possession of the vehicle’s key fob.
When questioned, the individual provided an explanation for his possession of the vehicle that lacked credibility and did not align with the information obtained during the investigation. As a result, the subject was placed under arrest for possession of a stolen vehicle in violation of Penal Code section 496(d).
The suspect was identified as Juan Munozramirez, a 30-year-old resident of Petaluma. He was transported to the Sonoma County Jail for booking.”
