ALPR Technology Aids in Recovery of Stolen Vehicle and Drug Seizure
CHULA VISTA, CA — November 25th 2025 — “Officers received a Flock Safety Automated License Plate Reader (ALPR) alert for a vehicle stolen out of National City. Using Flock to identify the car’s last direction of travel, officers quickly located it — occupied.

The driver was detained and arrested, the stolen vehicle returned to its owner undamaged, and a large amount of meth, scales, baggies, and drug paraphernalia was recovered.
