Traffic Stop Leads to Arrest for Concealed Unserialized Firearm in Woodland
WOODLAND, CA — November 9th 2025 — “Last night around 8 PM, an officer stopped a vehicle for an equipment violation in the area of North St. and Third St.
The driver and registered owner consented to a search of vehicle and during search a loaded, unserialized handgun and ammunition was located under the front passenger seat.
The front passenger, 20 year-old Yolo County resident, Nathaniel McCoy was arrested for possessing a concealed firearm in a vehicle, possession of a handgun by someone under 21, possession of a loaded & unserialized firearm in vehicle, and unlawful possession of ammunition.
