Traffic Stop in Modesto Leads to Arrest of Two on Drug and Felony Charges
MODESTO, CA — October 29th, 2025 — Thanks to Sky 1, officers were able to monitor the suspects safely from above, avoiding a pursuit and helping coordinate a quick, controlled arrest.
Both 40-year-old Jacob Mallory and 36-year-old Miranda Appleby were taken into custody for drug possession for sale, evading police, burglary, and unlawful use of a scanner.
Our appreciation goes out to the Stanislaus County Sheriff’s Department K-9 Team for their teamwork and support in bringing this case to a safe end.
