Redding Police Arrest Couple for Alleged Fentanyl Sales
REDDING, CA — “Recently, the Neighborhood Police Unit (NPU) launched an investigation into Trevor Benson, 39, of Redding, and Jacquelyn Holtz, 35, of Redding, regarding their suspected involvement in the distribution of fentanyl within the Redding area.
On October 29, 2025, NPU officers conducted a probation search of Benson and Holtz’s trailer, located in the 3200 block of Veda Street. Both subjects were on searchable probation for prior drug-related offenses.
During the search, officers located more than three ounces of fentanyl (92.8 grams total), along with additional evidence consistent with the sale of narcotics.
As a result, Benson and Holtz were arrested and booked for possession of fentanyl for sale and conspiracy.
