EL CAJON, CA  —  “The El Cajon Police Department recently wrapped up a narcotics investigation that resulted in the arrest of four adults and the seizure of approximately 26 pounds of illegal drugs, including fentanyl, heroin, cocaine, and methamphetamine.

Detectives observed individuals involved in large-scale drug trafficking activity. After careful surveillance and coordination with uniformed officers, police safely detained all four suspects. A search of a nearby apartment uncovered multiple vacuum-sealed packages of illegal drugs hidden inside the residence.

“This operation reflects the dedication and teamwork of our officers and detectives who work tirelessly to protect our community from the devastation caused by dangerous drugs like fentanyl,” said El Cajon Police Chief Jeremiah Larson. “Our department remains committed to keeping El Cajon safe through proactive enforcement and strong community partnerships.”

We’re proud of the hard work and commitment shown by our officers and detectives every day to keep our community safe.

If you see suspicious activity, please report it right away. Together, we can make El Cajon a safer place for everyone. 💙”
