Armed Robbery at Pajaro Convenience Store: Monterey County Sheriff’s Office Seeks Public Assistance

The Monterey County Sheriff’s Office is investigating an armed robbery that occurred at the Express Market in the community of Pajaro, California. Two suspects are currently at large and considered to be armed and dangerous.
At about 10:54 PM, on Saturday October 25th, 2025, Monterey County Sheriff’s Deputies responded to a report of a robbery at the Express Market along the 400 block of Salinas Road in Pajaro.
Employees reported that there were two suspects that entered the business and demanded money while ordering the two employees to the ground. One of the suspects proceeded to strike one of the employees in the back of the head multiple times with the handgun which resulted in the employee sustaining injuries. The suspects took an undisclosed amount of money as well as an unknown amount of alcohol bottles from the shelves. They were last seen exiting through the front of the store and walking north on Salinas Road.
Suspect #1 appears to be a male who wore a white beanie cap, dark pants, dark brown hooded sweatshirt with the hood pulled up and a white mask over their face. He has a white glove on his left hand and was holding a black handgun in the other. Suspect #2 appears to be a male who wore a black cap, a black mask over his face with a black jacket and black pants.
The suspects are considered armed and dangerous.
