Fresno Police Investigate Fatal Shooting at Local Truck Repair Business
FRESNO, CA — October 19th 2025 — “Around 8:00 pm on Saturday, Fresno Police officers responded to a shopping center at Shaw and Brawley Avenues in northwest Fresno. They discovered two men near an urgent care center who were suffering from gunshot wounds. EMS personnel transported both to Community Regional Medical Center. One of the men died, the other is expected to survive.
Fresno Police later learned the men were shot at a truck repair yard along the 5400 block of S. Cedar Ave., which is located in a county portion of Fresno. Fresno Police contacted the Fresno County Sheriff’s Office to conduct an investigation.
Deputies responded to the truck yard and found evidence of a crime scene. Homicide detectives were then sent to the yard as well. They learned the two shooting victims left from here in a vehicle with another person. They eventually stopped at the urgent care center. No arrests have been made.
No other details are available for release as this remains an ongoing investigation.”
