Yuba County Man Arrested for Alleged DUI, Possession of FIrearm

MARYSVILLE, CA — “Last night, Marysville Police Department’s Graveyard shift responded to a call regarding a possible DUI driver.

Officers located and contacted the vehicle and its driver, 29-year-old Michael Richebacher, who was determined to be under the influence of a controlled substance. During a subsequent search, officers located methamphetamine, two handguns, and 46 rounds of ammunition.

Richebacher was arrested on multiple charges, including DUI and possession of a firearm while in possession of narcotics.”
