SAN RAFAEL — A transient construction-worker with two prior convictions was arrested on
the morning of October 15.

San Rafael officers responded to the area of Francisco Boulevard East and Louise Street, where they
found Gomez-Bolanos nodding out at the wheel.
Gomez-Bolanos was roused without further incident, and placed under arrest at 6:10 a.m. He
was booked on felony charges for receiving/possession of a stolen vehicle, and theft with two
prior convictions.
In addition, he was booked for misdemeanor possession of a controlled substance.

all in Marin County.
