Napa K9 Assists in Seizure of Methamphetamine, Firearm, and Ammunition During Investigation
NAPA, CA –– “Great work by our K9 Brick, his handler (Deputy Hudson), and the Napa Special Investigations Bureau (NSIB). Last week, after a traffic stop, Brick located approximately 1.5 ounces of methamphetamine.
Lorenzo Chavez Sanchez, who lives in Suisun, was placed under arrest for sales and transportation of narcotics. NSIB conducted a search warrant at a Napa hotel where Sanchez was temporarily residing.
K9 Brick found additional drugs in the hotel room, about a half pound of crystal methamphetamine. A loaded gun, ammunition, and scale was also found in the room. Sanchez is facing multiple charges and was booked into the Napa County Jail.”
