22 Arrested in Countywide Gang Task Force Sweep Targeting Probation and Parole Violators
MURRIETA, CA — “Last week, members of Gang Task Force Regions 1, 2, 3, 4, 6 and 7 — including a sergeant and an officer from Murrieta PD (Region 4) — teamed up with our Community Policing Team (CPT), Special Enforcement Team (SET) officers from Menifee PD and Riverside Sheriff’s Department Lake Elsinore and Temecula stations, Riverside County Probation, CDC Parole for a parole and probation compliance operation #knockknock
The very productive day saw enforcement activity in Murrieta, Menifee, Lake Elsinore, Wildomar and Temecula. Over 60 law enforcement officers #webringacoalition from all over the county assisted in the op, which discovered several suspects who were not exactly on their best behavior. #therearerulesguys
All told, the sweep yielded 22 arrests #thatsalot, including 10 felony and 8 misdemeanor warrants #shouldagonetocourt. Oh and let’s not forget the drugs: a total of 201 grams of methamphetamine and 2 grams of cocaine #somanygrams.
