Solano County Man Arrested for Alleged Possession, Distribution of CSAM
VALLEJO, CA — “On May 1, 2025, the Solano County Sheriff’s Office Investigations Bureau along with the Solano County Sheriff’s Enforcement Team (SET) served a search warrant at a residence in Vallejo, California. The investigation stemmed from an ongoing investigation into illegal activities involving child sexual abuse material (CSAM). During the search, deputies discovered evidence confirming that the suspect was in possession of and distributing CSAM. During the search detectives seized multiple electronic devices, which are now undergoing forensic examination to uncover additional evidence. Detectives were assisted in the forensic examination by Vacaville Police Department detectives.
The suspect, identified as Marcos Gonzalez-Reyes, 43 of Vallejo was arrested and taken into custody without incident and booked into the Solano County Jail. Gonzalez-Reyes was booked on 118 counts of 311.11(a) PC (Possession of child pornography) and 1,580 counts of 311.1(a) PC (Distribution of child pornography) and is currently being held on more than $14,000,000 bail.
