Weed PD Officers Reportedly Seize 170 Lbs. of Cocaine During Traffic Stop
WEED, CA – “In the early morning on Wednesday, 04/16/2025, Weed Police Department officers conducted a traffic stop on a speeding vehicle. During the course of the traffic stop, K9 Drax was utilized to conducted a free air sniff on the vehicle during which he alerted positive.
During a search of the vehicle, approximately 170 pounds (or 77 kilos) of cocaine was discovered. The driver was arrested and booked into the Siskiyou County Jail for violations of 11352(a) H&S, 11351.5(a) H&S, and 11350(a) H&S.”
