On 01/22/2025 the Tehama Major Crimes Unit with the assistance of allied agencies served a search warrant at a residence on Oat Ave in Gerber in the unincorporated area of Tehama County after receiving information of narcotics sales at that location.
During the search agents located 7 firearms, 4 pounds of methamphetamine, 9 grams of cocaine, 7 ounces of heroin, and 20 pounds of marijuana.
Agents contacted Juan Lopez (42) and Francisco Guerrero (67) at the residence as well as evidence linking the 2 to drug sales. Both Mr. Lopez and Mr. Guerrero were arrested on the above-mentioned charges and booked into the Tehama County Jail.”
