SUMMARY: On 01/19/2025, Corning Police Officers were dispatched to a report of a male subject walking around Heritage RV Park with a knife and making “bizarre” statements. Upon arrival officers learned the subject had jumped a fence and was headed towards Valley Terrace Apartments. Officers located LeBlanc who was highly agitated, combative, and refused verbal commands from Officers. LeBlanc raised his fists and took aggressive steps toward Officers. Officers deployed Tasers to gain compliance. After a brief struggle, LeBlanc was taken into custody. LeBlanc was transported to a hospital for medical clearance where he continued to be combative with Officers and medical staff. He was booked into the Tehama County Jail, on the above listed charges.
