Three Arrested Amid Fentanyl Sales Investigation in Redding

“Over the past few weeks, the Neighborhood Police Unit (NPU) has been investigating Samantha Henderson, 39, of Redding, for her involvement in the sale and distribution of fentanyl within the Redding area.
On January 14, 2025, NPU Officers located Henderson in her vehicle near Interstate 5 and Knighton Road and took her into custody. Henderson was accompanied by two other individuals, Dylan Woody, 39, of Redding, and Miguel Lievanos, 23, of Redding, both of whom were also detained.
A subsequent search of the vehicle and all three individuals uncovered 28.6 grams (approximately 1 ounce) of fentanyl, 3.8 grams of cocaine, 1.5 grams of crack cocaine, two digital scales, and other drug paraphernalia. The investigation uncovered that the three individuals had traveled together to the Bay Area, where they purchased the narcotics, before returning to Redding with plans to distribute the drugs.
The three suspects were arrested and booked into the Shasta County Jail on charges of narcotics possession and transportation for sales, as well as conspiracy.”
