“Yesterday, Truckee PD responded to a report of a subject open carrying a firearm at a local establishment in the Crossroads Center on Deerfield Drive. Upon arrival, Officers successfully located and detained Arrow Jarvis of Truckee.
Jarvis was found with a loaded 9mm firearm partially concealed under his clothing, along with additional loaded magazines, a concealed knife and dagger. Officers determined the firearm was not registered. Jarvis was arrested without incident and booked into NCSO for multiple weapons-related offenses.”
