Man Arrested a Day After Breaking into a Home in Loma Linda

INCIDENT: Burglary

LOCATION: 10600 Block of Anderson Street, Loma Linda

SUSPECT(S): Juan Perez, 38-year-old Resident of Rialto

VICTIM(S): Victim

SUMMARY: On Sunday, February 4, 2024, Juan Perez broke into the victim’s residence through a bedroom window. Perez stole jewelry, two credit cards and currency.

On Monday, February 5, 2024, Perez was arrested at the Home Depot in San Bernardino. A search warrant was served for Perez’s vehicle and his residence. Detectives located the stolen jewlery and currency from the burglary of February 4, 2024. Additional suspected stolen jewelry, collector coins, watches and designer bags were seized. Perez was booked into the Central Detention Center Jail for PC 459 – Burglary. Perez is being held in lieu of $150,000 bail.
