“On December 20, 2023, at 4:02 A.M., an officer was patrolling the area in the 500 block of Harrington Street when he noticed two males who appeared to be tampering with a vehicle.

When the officer contacted the males, they ran away. Additional officers arrived and established a perimeter.

With the help of the Unmanned Aircraft Systems (UAS) team, both suspects were located and detained. Officers discovered the two vehicles the suspects were tampering with had been stolen from Corona that evening and had not been reported yet.

The suspects were 44-year-old Aaron Ford and 52-year-old Daniel Difrenna, both from Norwalk.
