Alleged Rapist Held in Custody in Lieu of $4.1 Million Bond

WALNUT CREEK — Brandon A. Delliquadri, 35, of Walnut Creek, is in custody in lieu of $4.1 million bond. Delliquadri was arrested and charged last month with committing multiple rapes.

Delliquadri allegedly sexually assaulted at least four women between April 2018 and April 2023. He became the subject of an extensive investigation conducted by WCPD police detectives and patrol officers.

The rapes all occurred in Walnut Creek. These crimes occurred on –

  • April 5, 2018
  • July 19, 2019
  • May 16, 2022
  • April 8, 2023

A photo of the suspect in this ongoing investigation has been released. Walnut Creek PD in a public appeal has urged any additional victims to file a police report. In a prepared statement Walnut Creek police said. “We believe there may be other individuals who may have been sexually assaulted by the same suspect.”

Delliquadri was booked at the Martinez Detention Facility, following his July 11 arrest. He faces charges for four counts of forcible rape. Plus, he faces one count of rape of an unconscious victim.

The criminal protective orders were filed against him July 18. Plus, he is a defendant in two separate civil harassment lawsuits. In March 2022, California Highway Patrol arrested him for DUI alcohol/drugs.

His next scheduled court appearance regarding the rape charges is August 24. Anyone with information concerning sexual assaults involving the suspect can call the Walnut Creek Police Department at 925-943-5844.
