“Deputies responded to an active domestic violence situation. Deputies and K9 Apollo responded and contacted the suspect who was aggressively resisting arrest. K9 Apollo’s presence and loud bark was enough to quickly de-escalate the suspect’s behavior, allowing deputies to safely complete the arrest.
Domestic violence calls can be some of the most dangerous and volatile calls law enforcement responds to. K9 Apollo’s assistance with this call made the scene safer for all parties involved, the responding deputies and the surrounding homes. Thank you K9 Apollo for your assistance on this call!”
