“On February 14, 2023, at approximately 2352 hours, an ACSO Deputy stopped a vehicle in the area of Highway 49 and Middle Bar Road for numerous vehicle code violations. A subsequent probable cause search of the vehicle for contraband revealed a loaded revolver that was reported stolen out of Calaveras County. The driver, 41-year old Gerald Leroy Giuffra of San Andreas, was ultimately arrested and booked into the Amador County Jail for violations related to the possession of firearms by precluded persons and possession of stolen property.”
