Fresno PD Arrests 2 Brothers for Homicide

FRESNO, CA – Two brothers are now in custody as suspects in the murder of a woman that took place outside of a Fresno area apartment complex on Thursday December 8th. The suspects have been identified by law enforcement as Anthony Segura (32) and his brother Ryan Segura (31).

Kenyatta Williams and her brother were at an apartment complex visiting friends when a weapon was fired multiple times. After the gunfire stopped, Kenyatta was found shot to death on the ground. Her brother also was struck by bullets but his injuries were thankfully not life-threatening and he has since made a full physical recovery.

After Homicide Detectives were called to the scene and they began an investigation. The investigation shortly led them to the identification of the Segura brothers as the suspected shooters.

The Segura brothers were arrested on December 14th in Tulare by Tulare Police Officer’s and taken into custody. They were both booked into the Tulare County Jail for one count of murder and one count of attempted murder. Both Ryan and Anthony Segura have extensive previous arrest records for serious offenses dating as far back as 2013 and 2014 respectively.
