Intoxicated Man Allegedly Crashes into Corona Home

CORONA — On November 24, 2022, at 8:30 PM, police responded to a disturbance call on the 700 block of Canary Lane.

Officers learned that an intoxicated man had run into a home with his car. The suspect was holding a firearm, and seemed to rack the gun before ultimately tossing it, police said.

The gun was located in the surrounding area by K9 Jarco. Police discovered that the gun was an unregistered ghost gun.

The suspect, identified as 52-year-old Rex Rowley of Corona, was arrested for being a felon in possession of a firearm along with several other weapon violations.
