“On Tuesday, September 6, at 2:45pm, Fairfield Police Dispatch received a call from a concerned citizen about a man standing in the middle of the street with a handgun in his waistband. The citizen was able to provide the location of the man as well as a detailed description of him. Several officers immediately responded and located the man matching the provided description.

Upon arresting 27-year-old Cesar Ramirez of Fairfield, officers located a loaded, Glock 22 handgun hidden in his waistband. He was booked at Solano County Jail for several firearms related offenses, including carrying a concealed weapon and possession of a loaded firearm.”
