“On Friday June 3rd 2022, a Mt Shasta police officer arrested 39-year-old ARTHUR FRANKLIN TIMOTHY BOYD of Mount Shasta on a MSPD warrant for rape and possession of child pornography.
The issuance of the warrant was a result of a 9-month investigation by MSPD officers into BOYD.
BOYD was booked into the Siskiyou County Jail with his bail set at $100,000.”
