Visalia Man Arrested for Allegedly Shooting into Home

“Just after midnight, TCSO Deputies were were called to a home in the 32600 block of Grandview in Visalia for a report of someone shooting into a home.

When they arrived, Deputies identified 29-year-old Oscar Garcia of Visalia as the suspect. Garcia was tracked to a home in the area of Tulare and Locust in Visalia where he was arrested. He has been booked at the Tulare County Sheriffs Pre-Trial facility for shooting at an inhabited dwelling.
