“At approximately 1:50 AM, Woodland Police and Fire Department responded to a fire at the Woodland Public Library.
The fire of miscellaneous items was threatening the building, swiftly burning up the side of the stucco wall.
The reporting party described a subject wearing a red sweatshirt walking away from the area of the fire.
Officers were in the area and located a subject matching the description, Joel Michel, 27 year old Woodland resident.
At the conclusion of the investigation, Michel was arrested for arson.”
