“On April 25, 2022, the Tracy Police Department was alerted to an inappropriate relationship between a student and a teacher at West High School. The School Resource Officer assigned to West High School immediately began investigating the allegations, soon joined by Detective Brian Azevedo, who specializes in crimes against children. The Tracy Unified School District immediately placed the teacher on administrative leave.

The investigation led to the arrest of Jordan Musa Dajani (30 years old from Modesto) for crimes related to an illegal and inappropriate relationship with two student victims, one from West High School and one from Grace Davis High School in Modesto, Ca. A third relationship was uncovered during the investigations; but did not garner charges, as the involved student was an adult at the time of the alleged incidents. Dajani was booked into the Stanislaus County jail.

Dajani was a teacher at Grace Davis High School in Modesto from approximately 2015-2017. He began teaching at West High School in 2017.

While Dajani has been arrested, this is an ongoing investigation; we are working closely with the Modesto Police Department.”
