Recent Armed-Robbery Investigations – Two Arrested, Linked to Three Additional Armed Hits

CULVER CITY – Two arrests were made on April 5th – a result of Culver City Police Department Detectives’ leads into a March 24th armed robbery at the Overland Mini Mart on 4273 Overland Avenue. The call for service at 7:55 PM eventually revealed an assortment of robberies spanning multiple cities.

Patrol Officers handed their thorough field investigation over to the Detectives – where follow-up went into full gear. From this, collaborations with outside agencies revealed that three additional armed robberies were perpetrated by one of the suspects.

Fontana and Montclair were the scenes of the additional crimes. As a result of the collab, detectives ID’d the robbery’s suspect, the getaway, and the robbery’s driver.

As a result, both suspects were nabbed by an outside agency. Extensive criminal arrest histories were linked to these perpetrators.

Multiple crimes in different counties have led to the case being presented to San Bernardino’s District Attorneys Office for filing consideration.
