“On 11-30-2021 EDSO narcotic’s detectives served a search warrant related to a narcotic’s sales investigation in Placerville.
Items seized during the warrant service included 2-1/2 ounces of methamphetamine and small quantities of heroin and suspected fentanyl.
39-year-old Samuel Lilley was arrested for possession of controlled substance for sale and other charges.
During the warrant service a female with three outstanding felony arrest warrants was located hiding in the attic of the location.
34 year old Lindsay Julien later surrendered to an EDSO K-9 and was taken into custody. Julien was booked on the outstanding warrants and a fresh charge of obstructing/resisting arrest.”
